You can lead a horse to water…

…but you can’t make it drink.

Or so the proverb says.

I’ve tricked a horse into eating 5 litres of water today. And sneaky as I am, I also put a tablespoon or two of salt in the mix. Hopefully that’ll make her drink her water, and in turn get her appetite and general health back on track.

*Fingers crossed*

Animals not feeling well is always a challenge. I wish I could read their mind and make everything better without the try-and-fail-method…
